Expand International is a global company and the world's largest manufacturer of portable media displays, pop ups, and banner stands. These products are used for marketing, brand-building, information & presentations.
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team of professionals. We need a self going and motivated person with a positive attitude.
Position Overview:
Expand International of America, Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic, performance-oriented Account Manager to focus on customers such as advertising agencies and events companies in developing portable display solutions. The Account Manager will function as the primary point person between the company and its customers, ensuring the timely completion of projects ranging from display product sales to complete campaign fulfillment. Successful candidate should be detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects, be a strong written and verbal communicator and possess a solid understanding of the advertising and event marketing industries. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in marketing strategy, client development and a general knowledge of the portable display business. The Account Manager will report to the Regional Manager.
Job Description:
- Develop and cultivate leads
- Communicate with customers and prospects via the phone, in-person sales meetings and product demonstrations
- Maintain effective, revenue-generating relationships with existing companies within a territory
- Insure high levels of service to meet clients’ expectations
- Meet annual revenue goals according to sales plan
- Responsible for expansion in new markets
- Assist in development of local marketing initiatives and participation in industry events
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success
- Solid understanding of selling to advertising and events companies
- Possess outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
Experience Required:
- 2 + years sales experience required, focusing primarily in Events, Marketing Communications, or Agency related work
- Strong agency contacts
Software Knowledge Requirements:
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience working with a CRM program
